The city of Cedar Falls and the Mayor's Bicycle Task Force (formed of elected reps and officials, community leaders, concerned citizens, and even a bike shop - we'll give you one guess) has been meeting over the last year to help make Cedar Falls a League of American Bicyclists Bicycle Friendly Community.
